October 2008- Dock system removed for the season. Phase one is now 100% complete.
September 2008- Design Home 2008 completed and available for sale and showing. Final asphalt lift complete.
August 2008- Entrance monuments and accent lighting complete. Design Home 2008 is nearly completed.
July 2008- Trails, landscaping and covered bridge feature completed.
June 2008- Trails, landscaping and misc site work underway.

November- Curb and gutter completed and first lift of asphalt has been installed.
October- Utilities and street construction underway.
September 2007- Tree clearing and mass grading underway.
August 2007- Development construction scheduling.
July 2007 - Final plat approval was received from the City of Forest Lake. Watch for the groundbreaking ceremony anticipated for late August 2007.
June 2007 - The City of Forest Lake approved the preliminary plat at a city counsel meeting held May 21, 2007. A construction start date is projected for late August 2007. First phase is anticipated to be ready for new homes mid-fall 2007.
May 2007- Preliminary plat approval.
April 2007 - Forest Hills Farm is currently in the approval process with the City of Forest Lake.
